A career record that is yours

Your resume is a summary. Your record is the story.

Narriva keeps the full picture of your career: the accomplishments behind the bullet points, the chapters of your life, your goals, and how you like to work. Then it puts that record to work for you.

Rebuilt the vendor reporting process after a missed quarter-end close

Inherited a reporting cycle that ran on 11 spreadsheets and three owners. Mapped where handoffs failed, cut the workflow to one source of truth, and trained the two teams who used it. The next close finished a day early.

The problem

Hiring is noisy on both sides, and AI made it louder.

If you are looking for work

AI does not know what you actually did.

Ask a chatbot to tailor your resume and it fills gaps with things that sound right. It never had the context: what you owned, what went wrong, what you decided. A bullet point cannot carry that.

If you are hiring

Every resume now reads the same.

Applications are polished, keyword-matched to your posting, and increasingly written by AI. Sorting through them tells you very little about who can do the job.

Product preview

See both sides of Narriva.

Narriva starts with a conversation, not a form. Try the toggle to see what stays private, then switch to what an employer sees.

1. A conversation
NarrivaYou wrote "led the vendor consolidation." What was the situation before you started?
YouWe had 40 vendors doing overlapping work, and nobody owned the relationship. Costs were creeping up and no one could say why.
NarrivaWho pushed back, and how did you bring them along?
2. What goes into your record

Vendor consolidation

Took ownership of an unowned vendor landscape, built the case for reducing it, and worked through resistance from the teams who depended on each vendor.

For professionals

Build the record once. Use it for everything.

Your record is more than a document. It gives Narriva the context that generic AI tools are missing, so what it helps you write and decide is grounded in what actually happened.

The full picture of you

Accomplishments with the story behind them, life chapters, working style, and the kind of work and workplace you want. In your words, not keyword-shaped.

Goals and a roadmap

Say where you want to go. Narriva helps you define the goal and maps the skills, experience and steps between your record and that role.

Job fit, checked against the JD

Paste a job description and see how your real experience lines up, where the gaps are, and what to emphasize. Grounded in your record, not invented.

Ready for your review

Because your record keeps building, annual performance reviews stop being a scramble to remember the year. Your wins are already written down.

You stay in control

Not a social network. Your profile is yours alone.

There are no connections, followers or public profile. Being discoverable to employers is a choice you can turn on or off.

Social networkJob boardResume keyword game
  • Private unless you opt in. Nobody sees your record unless you choose to be discoverable.
  • Only the relevant parts are shown. An employer sees what applies to the role they are hiring for, not your whole record.
  • Mark anything private. Private parts of your experience are never used to evaluate fit.
  • Anonymous until you say yes. Name, gender signals, exact titles and company names are hidden. You decide whether to accept an employer's outreach.

Job assessment

Not just "Can I get this job?" but "Is it a good next job for me?"

Paste in a job description and Narriva looks at it three ways. There is no single score, because a job can be a strong match on paper and still be wrong for you.

Capability fit

Can I do this work?

How your real experience lines up with what the role needs, where the gaps are, and what to emphasize.

Work-preference fit

Will I like working this way?

How the role's pace, autonomy, collaboration and environment compare with how you say you work best.

Career-direction fit

Does it lead where I want to go?

Whether the job builds toward your goals or takes you sideways.

For employers

Search for who can do the work, not who wrote the best resume.

Narriva evaluates people on the experience already in their record, rather than letting them reinvent themselves for each job. What you see is what they have actually done.

Bring what you have

A JD, or just your notes

Paste a job description, list the duties and outcomes you need, or drop in your notes from the conversation with the hiring manager. Narriva drafts the JD and the skills it calls for.

Get a match list

Each match comes with a reason

You receive candidates matched on skills and experience, each with a short explanation of why that person fits your role.

Reach out fairly

Anonymized until they accept

Profiles carry no name or gender signals, and titles and companies are generalized. When a candidate accepts your outreach, you learn who they are.

Why I built it

I kept correcting the AI about my own career.

Marta Guzek, founder of Narriva

While I was applying for roles, I used AI to tailor my resume. It kept inventing and embellishing. It would add details that were never true or stretch what I had done into something that sounded better.

After thinking about it, I understood the problem. The AI did not have the full context of what I did. I had to go far deeper than a bullet point to explain the situation, the decisions, and the result. That deeper record did not exist anywhere, so I started building it.

Then I looked at the other side. Employers are buried in AI-generated resumes that all sound the same, with very little real substance in them. Narriva is my attempt to fix both ends: a record that professionals can trust, and a way for employers to find people based on what they have done.
